10:45 Morning Worship and Communion

Mr. Bob Fleming is our choir director. The choir has grown to twenty members; their voices lift their praises to God.

"Those who sing, pray twice."

The 10:45 Morning Worship and Communion service begins with the chiming of the hour and the lighting of the candles. During this traditional service, the congregation participates by singing and taking communion. The choir under the direction of Mr. Bob Fleming sings their praises to the Lord. The children come to the altar to share a moment with God and the congregation. An example of the second service follows:

Our Scattering Music

The youth are being commended for giving a cross to our convention center in Ocala, Florida. They had taken their cross to camp and intended to bring it home, but, when they saw that the center really needed it, they decided to leave the cross there. Bob Reynolds and Bill Gulledge built them another one so that they would have a cross in their youth room again. These kids are wonderful!

The sanctuary during the Christmas season glorifies the Lord. The "Hanging of the Greens" is a very special time.

Rev. "Pete" Harris and his wife Stew work to inspire the membership to be the best they can be.
